TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible, a $100.00 purchase is required per person between May 1 – May 3, 2025. Orders below the value of $100.00 will not be eligible. Duplicate orders placed through a single customer will not be eligible for multiple top-up cards. Gift Cards can be purchased in denominations of one (1) singular card valued at $100.00 or a combination of cards valued at $100.00 collectively.

Example: $100 in Gift Card purchases = receive ONE $25 BONUS Gift Card, which will be loaded on a SEPARATE card. Should the purchase value exceed $100.00, only $25.00 will be provided in Top-Up card value.

Applicable online only for Click & Collect (local pick-up) and Mail Out Orders. Valid May 1 – May 3 2025, only. Purchases made before or after this date are NOT eligible. Orders placed online for both ‘Click & Collect’ (local pick-up) and ‘Mail Out’ orders are subject to a fulfilment window of 3 – 5 business days from the day of purchase.

Gift card promotion applicable for the first 90 orders only. When order capacity has been met, BDBA will update its social media, specifically stories in Instagram, informing the general public.

The 3 Year Flash Gift Card Promotion is NOT available in-person at designated Point of Sale locations including Simply Gifted Burlington, Tourism Burlington & Joseph Brant Hospital Gift shop.  Sales of $100.00 made in-person will not be eligible for a top-up card.

All orders are vetted manually. As such there is no discount code or application process to apply the sale during checkout. Please note that as MyDowntownGiftCards is a global sales platform offering multiple products, blanket Terms & Conditions will be applied during checkout.
