Brian leads the Burlington Downtown Business Association with a clear strategic lens and a deep understanding of Burlington’s evolving urban and commercial landscape. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, long-term planning, and a commitment to fostering a downtown that reflects the values of its business owners, residents, and visitors. Whether guiding policy, advocating for infrastructure improvements, or supporting local entrepreneurs, Brian champions initiatives that strengthen Burlington’s downtown as a welcoming, dynamic, and economically resilient destination.

As Marketing Director and lead of the Placemaking and Beautification portfolio, Alison brings life to public spaces and meaning to every message. Crafting campaigns that not only spotlight local businesses but also celebrate the people and stories behind them. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of audience engagement, Alison blends creative vision with strategic clarity to shape the voice of Downtown Burlington. She ensures that every initiative, from seasonal activations to long-term brand storytelling, reflects the character, charm, and entrepreneurial energy that define our downtown.

From seasonal celebrations to community activations.  She brings energy, organization, and imagination to every corner of Burlington Downtown, curating and coordinating experiences that turn our streets into gathering places.  With a talent for logistics and a passion for people, Dayna ensures that every event reflects the spirit of our downtown and leaves a lasting impression on residents, visitors, and business owners alike.

Jaclyn Jones, Membership & Community Engagement Consultant

Jaclyn is a seasoned strategist and creative communicator with a proven track record in marketing and relationship-building. She strengthens connections between BDBA members and the association, ensuring business owners feel informed, supported, and actively engaged. Jaclyn also plays a key role in fostering collaboration between community partners and the downtown business community, creating opportunities for shared success and local impact. Her work combines strategic insight with thoughtful storytelling, helping businesses articulate their value, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a thriving downtown.
