Jaclyn is a seasoned strategist and creative communicator with a proven track record in marketing and relationship-building. She strengthens connections between BDBA members and the association, ensuring business owners feel informed, supported, and actively engaged. Jaclyn also plays a key role in fostering collaboration between community partners and the downtown business community, creating opportunities for shared success and local impact.
