About ROCK Who We Are ROCK is a non-profit community-based agency providing compassionate and person-centred mental health supports and specialized services (applied behavioural analysis, early years development and FASD supports) to empower children, youth and their families on their unique paths to well-being. As Lead Agency for child and youth mental health services and coordinated service planning, we are proud to collaborate with other organizations to strengthen the community-based system delivering services to children, youth and families in Halton region. Who Do We Serve? ROCK services are available for children from birth to age 17 and their families, with limited programming for up to age 21. ROCK is also involved in multiple partnership programs that provide services for Transitional Aged Youth up to the age of 25 years.
