Hi! I'm Cathy! Here's a little bit about me. I am a Registered Nurse. I graduated in 1989 and I worked at the Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation as a surgical nurse, hematology/oncology nurse, Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthetic Care (PACU) nurse. I also worked in Endoscopy and the Michael DeGroote Pain clinic the last few years of my hospital nursing career. I am in excellent standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and am also a member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses (CSASN). I have always had a passion for fitness and beauty, but it wasn't until I had the opportunity to work at the Hamilton Plastic Surgery Centre with one of Hamilton's finest Plastic Surgeons, Dr. R. Patterson that I realized I LOVED Aesthetic Nursing. There were very few Nurse Injectors at the time (2005), but I worked hard, and an amazing opportunity came my way, and I will always be grateful for that! In 2008, I did it! I started my own business with the help of some amazing people in my life. I am the very proud founder and owner of Mezzmerize Medical Aesthetics here in Downtown Burlington, and I love every minute of it! I am an Advanced Certified Nurse Aesthetic Injector and am recognized as an expert injector in the industry. I have 16 years of injectable experience and have performed thousands of injections in this time. I have been trained in both the assessment and delivery of the most advanced and innovative techniques in this profession.
