While we all do our part to practice social distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19, our downtown fitness providers have stepped up to provide us online workouts to do at home.
Their doors may be temporarily closed, but they’re working hard to come up with new and innovative ways to keep you moving. Stay healthy, and keep up with your fitness regime by taking part in some online workouts being provided by our downtown Burlington fitness community!
