My goal as a psychotherapist is to create a relationship with my clients based on mutual honesty and respect, while also bearing the compassion and sensitivity that are fundamental to healing. I will strive to ensure that you feel supported and heard, develop new coping skills, and begin letting go of behaviours that no longer serve you positively. I specialize in trauma-informed treatment and have a passion for working with first responders who are struggling with trauma-related issues and Complex PTSD. I also have advanced training in Reconsolidation Therapy trained under Dr. Alain Brunet from McGill University, which helps heal emotional memory.
