Please note that all orders placed online take 3-5 business days to fulfill. Please do not proceed to Tourism Burlington for Click & Collect orders until you have received your confirmation email that your order is ready. Mail out orders are subject to the delivery schedule of Canada Post. As such the BDBA cannot guarantee that mail out orders will be received within 5-7 days of processing.

To be eligible:

a). A $100.00 purchase is required per person between May 1st, 2026 – May 4th, 2026. Orders below the value of $100.00 will not be eligible for a top-up card. Duplicate orders placed through a single customer will not be eligible for multiple top-up cards. Gift Cards can be purchased in denominations of one (1) singular card valued at $100.00 or a combination of cards valued at $100.00 collectively.

b). A $150.00 purchase is required per person between May 1st, 2026 – May 4th, 2026. Orders over the value of $150.00 will not be eligible for multiple top-up cards. Duplicate orders placed through a single customer will not be eligible for multiple top-up cards. Gift Cards can be purchased in denominations of one (1) singular card valued at $150.00 or a combination of cards valued at $150.00 collectively.

Examples: $100 in Gift Card purchases = receive ONE $50 BONUS Gift Card, which will be loaded on a SEPARATE card. Should the purchase value fall below $100.00, a Top-Up card will not be issued. $150 in Gift Card purchases = receive ONE $75 BONUS Gift Card, which will be loaded on a SEPARATE card. Should the purchase value exceed $150.00, only one (1) Top-Up card valued at $75 will be included .

Applicable online only for Click & Collect (local pick-up) and Mail Out Orders. Valid between May 1st, 2026 – May 4th, 2026, only. Purchases made before or after this date are NOT eligible. Orders placed online for both ‘Click & Collect’ (local pick-up) and ‘Mail Out’ orders are subject to a fulfilment window of 3 -5 business days from the day of purchase.
