Candlelit Stroll: The Final Year
All is merry. All is bright. And this November 28th we celebrate one last special night.
Burlington Downtown is about to turn into a Winter Holiday Wonderland Candlelit Stroll has been a staple to our community’s winter holiday season for over 10 years and in 2025 we proudly celebrate it’s last year.
On Friday November 28th the businesses of Burlington Downtown invite you to enjoy a FREE* night of all things warm and cozy to help welcome the winter season. Starting at Civic Square, we encourage visitors and residents alike to join our community for the lighting of the Tree of Hope. From there, enjoy a self-led winter wonderland in Burlington Downtown.
Enjoy the breathtaking lights along the Promenade West. Take in the spirit of the season with friends and family in the heart of our community. Feeling peckish? What is the winter season without the treats? Warm up with delicious seasonal drinks, savoury delicious bites & so much more.
Take part in a full line-up of activities throughout the night for everyone to enjoy. From incredible live music with the Teen Tour Band, to visits with Santa, it’ll be an experience you won’t want to miss! Remember to look out for our photographer will also be on-site to capture all of the magic from this highly anticipated event.
There is something for everyone to join and we warmly welcome you! Candlelit Stroll takes place Friday, November 28th. From 6pm to 7pm visit us at Civic Square (out front of City Hall) to collect your candles, glow sticks, activity route map and enjoy a performance from Burlington Teen Tour Band (6pm-6:30pm)! Candlelit Stroll activities, food and activations begin at 6pm and go until 8:30pm. Please note: all activities outside of Civic Square will commence at 6pm
