VIRTUAL FITNESS

While we’re safely at home to stop the spread of COVID-19, our downtown fitness providers have once again stepped up to provide us virtual workouts.

Their doors may be temporarily closed, but they’re working hard to come up with new and innovative ways to keep you moving.  Stay healthy, and keep up with your fitness regime by taking part in some online workouts being provided by our downtown Burlington fitness community! If you’re a fitness provider in the downtown core and wish to be included please e-mail us at events@burlingtondowntown.ca.

 

BellyUp BellyDance | 2061 Pine Street

BellyUp BellyDance is offering 8 weeks of BellyDance classes, 8 classes each week! Entire session will be streamed live starting January 25th live from BellyUp in Village Square. Unlimited online classes available or opt for 8 or 16 classes. Attend as you like! ⁣Attendance is flexible.

Beginners will learn technique from the ground up building their foundation with every class. Continuing Beginners will build on their skills and expand their repertoire. Intermediate to Advanced dancers will be challenged, coached and grow. The online classes are taught exactly the same way owner, Johara, teaches in-person so you’ll be getting the same learning experience and she’ll also ensure you get multiple views/angles of the movements being taught so you won’t miss anything.
