Foot Tools is your one-stop shop for all athletic footwear! They also offer outdoor training workshops on the shores of Burlington Beach to get you ready for your next big road-race.

John Lawson, fitness fanatic & owner of Foot Tools, leads a vast variety of unique running and weight workouts.  Take advantage of the urban setting and train on various terrains including sand and gravel.

These dynamic classes will focus on all the components that will contribute to make a complete athlete – speed, anaerobic, lactic acid threshold, aerobic – all functional exercises designed to build running and walking strength and provide a unique program for total fitness. Participants can expect to work hard and train hard to achieve desired results – to be faster and physically stronger.

Sessions are:
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm
Saturday 8:30am – 9:30am.
