Posted: Feb 11, 2021

Burlington, Ont. — Seferian Design Group, a local Landscape Architecture firm, has earned provincial honours! SDG won a 2021 Award of Excellence for Phase one of Paradigm Condominiums located in the heart of Midtown Burlington. The project won in the Commercial Construction – multi-residential & industrial – Over $250,000 category.

Breathtaking design and master craftsmanship in landscape construction, maintenance, design, landscape lighting, landscape irrigation and garden centre projects were recognized at Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association’s Awards of Excellence Virtual Ceremony, held February 4, 2021.

The Molinaro Group condominium consists of five high rise condominiums, designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, on the north side of Fairview street adjacent to the recently renovated Burlington Go Station. The rooftop amenity spaces include a large outdoor fitness track, as well as dining and seating areas. Paradigm Condos is in the final stages of being LEED certified, and with a high level of design evident, is setting a new standard for development in Burlington.

The winning projects showed the outstanding levels of craftsmanship attained by Ontario’s landscape professionals. That top-notch technical mastery was matched by stunning and sophisticated landscape design. The evening was hosted by Carson Arthur, landscape designer and television personality. The Awards of Excellence are judged according to specific criteria by industry experts. If no project qualifies in an area, no award is given.
