The event will end with the City of Burlington’s Canada Day Drone Show and Fireworks\, starting at 9:40pm. DESCRIPTION:Spend a summer evening listening to local musicians while enjoying a panoramic view of Lake Ontario! Join us on the Rooftop Terrace at Joseph Brant Museum at 7:30pm on July 11 & 25 and August 8 & 22 for our “Music From the Rooftop” series. Each evening will feature a performance by a local musician\, lawn games\, and light refreshments and popcorn. Doors will open at 6:30pm to allow guests the chance to browse the museum galleries prior to the performance. Galleries currently include the feature exhibition\, “Game Changers.” \nTickets are $20/adults\, $15/seniors and students.* Ticket includes 1-hour live musical performance\, lawn games\, light refreshments and popcorn\, and admission to the museum galleries. Characterizing their sound as a captivating blend of world music (Haiti)\, soul\, jazz and funk\, audiences qualify Bel and Quinn’s performances as energetic and moving. The sisters’ voices combine in perfect harmony to bring their unique music to life. Nicknamed the Soul Sisters\, the duo sings in English\, Creole and French. Spencer Smith Park comes to life on Tuesday nights July 8th – August 19th as you soak in simple cinema with your home-grown community. No matter what kind of movie-goer YOU might be\, we’ve got all you movie lovers covered. \nMake it a night (or several!) to remember as an amazing ensemble awaits you at this FREE event series. With a supporting cast of dinner and drinks\, shopping and exploring before the show\, package your own cinematic evening alongside our 400+ businesses. Held weekly in Spencer Smith Park\, the options for a star-studded night out are truly Oscar worthy. With many of our small businesses making cameos in the park each week\, supporting local has never been so easy. DESCRIPTION:Spend a summer evening listening to local musicians while enjoying a panoramic view of Lake Ontario! Join us on the Rooftop Terrace at Joseph Brant Museum at 7:30pm on July 11 & 25 and August 8 & 22 for our “Music From the Rooftop” series. Each evening will feature a performance by a local musician\, lawn games\, and light refreshments and popcorn. Doors will open at 6:30pm to allow guests the chance to browse the museum galleries prior to the performance. Galleries currently include the feature exhibition\, “Game Changers.” \nTickets are $20/adults\, $15/seniors and students.* Ticket includes 1-hour live musical performance\, lawn games\, light refreshments and popcorn\, and admission to the museum galleries.
