FREE workshop series for BDBA members & their staff
The goal of these workshops is to address numerous asks from our Members to help them build their equity, inclusion, and anti-racism capacity. These workshops are designed to create a safe space for BDBA business owners and their staff to have the conversations around race and equity, and to ask those burning questions that will help move you forward in your own understanding. Each session will include a blend of education, practical application, and a Q&A space for participants to learn and ask questions. We encourage you to signup for all five workshops, but it is not mandatory to attend all sessions – each workshop will provide independent learnings.
