You’re invited to join us for a morning dedicated to our retail business sector. This workshop is designed specifically to address the requests received from our most recent operator survey as well as one-on-one discussions we’ve had recently with our retailers. This panel discussion/workshop is designed to help our retailers grow and stay in business.
Learn from industry professionals on the importance of customer experience, retail merchandising & social media. Each keynote speaker will have a 45 minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

Crystal D’Cunha: President and CEO from the Inside View, An award-winning entrepreneur and former executive with two decades in the corporate world across industry segments including retail, hospitality and not-for-profit. Crystal is certified as a John Maxwell Leadership Coach & Keynote Speaker. She is also a Member of the Canadian Sales Professional Association and the Customer Experience Professional Association. Crystal is on a mission to share her passion and purpose with businesses around the world, helping them take their businesses to the next level and creating customer loyalty for life!
Karen Kritzer: As a small business owner and freelance visual merchandiser, Karen Kritzer relates to the everyday challenges that retailers face. She has more than 12 years of experience with top name brands and small independent retailers.
As a part-time instructor at the Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design at Sheridan College, she is given the opportunity to share her knowledge with students in several programs, while being inspired by their creative abilities. She enjoys keeping her pulse on the latest trends within the industry.
Lindsay Sganga: Lindsay is a marketing millennial with a social media mission. She is the founder of the social media marketing agency, The Happy Place by Lindsay Sganga, where her platform is storytelling, her ethos is authenticity and her focus is investors over followers. Her mission is to help you create a brand that can evolve with digital change. She provides you with the tools you’ll need to succeed socially.
