Urban Wellness Retreat: FLOAT + PILATES
Featuring a 3.5 hour self-care escape on Sunday, October 23rd in the heart of Downtown Burlington including:
Multiple start times throughout the day. Located right across the Village Square on Pine Street. Hosted at GoFloat Studios & The Good Magpie (next door to each other)
No prior float or Pilates experience required. The Pilates class is accessible to all skill and mobility levels, designed to bring awareness and provide restorative effects to your body. If it’s your first float, we will run you through an orientation!
Choose between options of experiencing your 90 minute float before, OR after your 90 minute Pilates class featuring breathwork & meditation with a complimentary smoothie!
