FIT IN THE CORE: Hatha Yoga by Burlington Physiotherapy & Health Clinic

Class Description: Hatha Yoga is any type of yoga that pairs poses (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama). It involves a range of poses, from beginners to advanced with cues for modifications, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha classes typically guide practitioners through postures at a slower pace with more guidance on how to do each pose correctly.

Join us for Open Air Fitness every Sunday in Downtown Burlington — free of charge. Something different every week. All you need to bring is a mat & water bottle!

Fit in the Core is back for its TENTH SEASON! Our wildly popular free outdoor fitness classes are returning every Sunday beginning  Sunday, June 5th, outside of the Art Gallery of Burlington in beautiful Brock Park. Fit in the Core is a free one-hour class led by the fitness and wellness experts downtown.
