Price is 25$ for each Class, or 100$ to register for all 4.

Liz is a certified breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others connect more deeply with themselves using their breath.
She uses the breath to help deepen your connection with your body, tap into your intuition and feel safe with yourself and your emotions.
Liz has her own podcast and newsletter The Breathing Space and is the owner and founder of Space Breathwork a company dedicated to building a healing community through breath and connection.
This is a 4 week long program designed to build healthy habits and enhance your practice. Each group class builds on the last. While it is not mandatory, it is recommended to not skip any of these dates.
Get out of your own head and beyond the repetitive, obsessive and often judgmental thoughts. We will intentionally breathe beyond the thoughts of the conscious mind and go deeper into yourself.
Get into your body, notice the sensations, and connect with its energy and let it tell you what it needs.
Once practicing holding space for the thoughts and sensations of the body, discover an awareness of your emotions. Feelings are feedback and this session will open the doors for you to explore what your feelings are telling you.
We are spiritual beings. Breathwork allows us to go beyond the conscious mind and into the subconscious. This sessions is designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of Self. Not the self of the mind/ego but of who you truly are beneath the outer layers of expectation and experiences.
