As Executive Chef and Co-Owner of The Express Restaurant, Chef Santino continues the culinary traditions of his early career offering affordable upscale dishes by introducing an eclectic menu featuring northern, central and southern fusion of Italian cuisine.   When the apron is off, Santino can be found volunteering at the local schools teaching children the essentials of cooking.
