Kathryn is our lead instructor with qualifications from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation, EMS First Aid  as an instructor and instructor trainer. During her years as a paramedic and an EMS dispatcher she saw many people whose outcome would have been improved “if just someone would have helped them.

Bill-First Aid, CPR & AED Training Instructor

Bill has been teaching right from the beginning. While Bill was a paramedic, now as a dispatcher & first aid instructor he’s always reaching out to teach others our important message. Bill’s more than 29 years of EMS experience enhances all his courses with real life teaching.
