Intro to Mindfullness with Shawna Turner
The word mindfulness has become a catch phrase. And at some point you’ve most likely heard of a friend practicing mindfulness or someone has suggested that you give it a try.
Mindfulness gives us the tools we need to develop the art of paying attention. It helps relieve tension and stress. Developing a meditation practice can help you sleep better, stay calm in the face of challenge and come to know yourself in a more intimate way.
This workshop will introduce you to a simple approach to meditation and some tools to keep you on track.
There will be opportunity to practice meditation during our time together.
