Instructor Lauren Kalvaitis
Activity: Vinyasa Yoga
Participants will be led through a series of poses and movements with breath, to flow from one pose to the next.
Lauren is passionate about holistic health and wellbeing. In 2012 she was introduced to yoga. Yoga quickly became a part of her passion and led Lauren to earn her teaching certificate from Power Yoga Canada in 2014. Shortly after, Lauren was accepted into the Masters of Physical Therapy Program at the University of Western Ontario. Throughout this two-year program, Lauren continued to teach yoga in London while also taking additional physiotherapy-related courses. Lauren is committed to using her education, training, and extensive hands-on experience in both physical therapy and yoga to encourage individuals to take an active role in their wellbeing. Today Lauren practices physiotherapy, teaches & practices yoga regularly, frequents the gym, enjoys gardening, horseback riding, & being outside.
This is our launch event and we’ll have Starbucks joining us at the end of class with samples of iced tea and iced coffee. We’ll also have The Bent Spoon coming with samples of their raw cookie dough.
