Our Interval Training Class is a total body conditioning class and will tone and strengthen your entire body and burn calories like no other workout you have done before. Strengthen and tone those muscles followed with an intense 45 second burst of cardio, elevating the heart rate and burning those unwanted calories away.
Caroline Hamilton is an enthusiastic member of the 440 Team that will inspire you to work to your full Fitness potential. Come join Caroline and the Team and participate on Fit in the Core downtown Burlington @ City Hall.
