Activity: HIIT: Legs & Core
This week is a HIIT: Legs & Core class taught by Beauchamp Fitness & Nutrition. This class is designed to teach you the ins and outs of properly training your lower body and core. This work out is focussed on building glutes, hamstring, quads and core with a variety of body weight, isometric, ground core and plank exercises. We’re gonna activiate muscles you didn’t even know you had while pushing each other and having fun! Learn new exercises and protocols to change the way you train forever! This work out is designed for both men and women of all fitness levels. Come on out for a high energy and fun work out!
