danceTONE is a medium impact dance-based fitness program that incorporates Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Swing/Jive, Tango and QiGong/TaiChi movements to sculpt and condition the entire body. The total body toning begins with a light warm-up and toning of the arms and core, followed by a fun fusion of easy-to-learn dance steps that strengthen, tighten and slim the abs, buns and thighs. No dance experience necessary!
danceScape Instructors, Robert Tang & Beverley Cayton-Tang, will lead the session. They are former 3-time Canadian and 2-time North American Ballroom Champions, as seen on “Dragons’ Den”, “Healthy Gourmet”, and ParticiPACTION’s “Get Inspired. Get Moving.” Health & Wellness campaign.
Hang around after the class as The Bent Spoon will be on hand with samples of their edible cookie dough.
